About This Opportunity

We're seeking a professional and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team, working across multiple sites in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

To Be Successful, You Must
  • Be available to work days and nights, with full 24-hour flexibility.
  • Have access to your own vehicle to travel between site locations in and around Ipswich and Mount Coot-tha.
  • Hold a current Queensland security license that includes monitoring.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Delivering exceptional customer service alongside professional security duties.
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling access to premises.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance.
  • Conducting risk assessments and addressing potential threats with professionalism.
  • Managing access control and maintaining situational awareness.
  • Preparing detailed incident reports and logs.

What We're Looking For
  • Current security licence with crowd control and monitoring (essential).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
