Regency, the market leader in shower screen, wardrobe, mirror and glass splashback products in the residential building market, has a vacancy for a Logistics Coordinator.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between customers and installers, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient job execution. As part of our professional and close-knit team, you will prioritize customer service, providing prompt solutions to installation issues and managing difficult conversations with tact and respect.

This fast-paced role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and effective communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Confirming installation bookings and preparing related documentation
  • Processing invoices and coordinating payments with installers

We are seeking a team player who values collaboration, is agile and methodical, and possesses highly developed interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administration, be willing to learn, and possess a positive attitude towards training and development.

In this role, you will work closely with our CRM system and MS Suite, utilizing data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate enthusiasm for working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
