Job Summary:As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist, you will play a key role in leading and providing expert clinical pharmacy support to Oncology and Haematology services.About the Role:
  • Provide safe, effective and patient-centred care through collaboration with Consultants, Nurses and Multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure safe prescribing, preparation and administration of systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT).
  • Lead and manage clinical pharmacy teams in a dynamic public hospital environment.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement activities or projects to enhance pharmacy practice or services.

  • Currently registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

  • Staff management experience in a public hospital environment, demonstrating an ability to lead, promote teamwork and innovation.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff and patients.
