- Provide safe, effective and patient-centred care through collaboration with Consultants, Nurses and Multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure safe prescribing, preparation and administration of systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT).
- Lead and manage clinical pharmacy teams in a dynamic public hospital environment.
- Develop and implement quality improvement activities or projects to enhance pharmacy practice or services.
- Currently registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated high-level skills and experience as a clinical pharmacist, including advanced level knowledge of therapeutics in oncology and haematology.
- Staff management experience in a public hospital environment, demonstrating an ability to lead, promote teamwork and innovation.
- High-level written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff and patients.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- An ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
