About the Role:

This senior position offers a unique opportunity to lead, inspire, and motivate a centre team in delivering high-quality early learning and care. The role involves working collaboratively with our dedicated leadership team, forging respectful relationships with families, and actively engaging with local community networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide exceptional early learning and care.
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

Requirements:
  • Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Holds a current Police Check or is willing to obtain one upon request.
  • Substantial experience as a Senior Educator or in a similar role.
