Job Overview

The Chief Risk Officer is a key member of the Executive Committee and plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior management in risk management strategy development
  • Develop and maintain the Risk Management Framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide second-line oversight and monitoring to mitigate risks
Key Areas of Focus:
  • Developing and implementing a robust risk culture framework
  • Compliance framework development and monitoring, including incident management and breach reporting
  • Data governance, reporting, and regulatory changes tracking
  • Whistleblower policy development and oversight
Requirements:
  • Strong educational background in finance, economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in risk management
  • Senior actuarial qualification (FIAI/Australia) highly desirable
