Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Credit Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for conducting credit risk assessments of various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, leveraged and trade finance.

You will cover diverse sectors such as infrastructure, energy, mining, real estate and natural resources. Your tasks will include preparing and presenting credit due diligence reports, rating recommendations, risk alert assessments and ongoing monitoring of credit performance.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in analyzing structured transactions.
  • Independent decision making skills and ability to identify risks with reasonable solutions provided.
  • Ability to write comprehensive due diligence reports.
  • Tertiary degree in Commerce / Business / Finance.
  • Good knowledge of Corporate Finance & Institutional Banking products.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills; Chinese Mandarin desirable.
