Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Technology Chief Controls Office (CCO) team in enhancing a robust risk and control environment.

This role will be responsible for providing end-to-end risk guidance and advice to our delivery teams across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team accountable for strengthening, embedding and improving the risk and control environment
  • Deliver high-quality risk management advice for Technology Business Units
  • Work closely with cybersecurity specialists, technologists and stakeholders to strengthen and drive effective Cyber Security Risk Management
  • Execute strategic initiatives within Technology CCO to improve team effectiveness and performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive management regarding strategic planning, emerging risks and risk maturity

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of the risk and control environment and framework
  • Proven experience with cyber security, technology and operational risks
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CDPSE, COBIT, ITIL, CISSP or other IT risk related certifications are desirable
  • Ability to lead, direct and manage a large and varied stakeholder group at all levels of seniority across Business Units outside immediate area
