We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is a key role that requires expertise in cost management and financial efficiency throughout the construction process.

Job Description

This position involves conducting detailed and accurate cost analyses, estimates, and feasibility studies for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency in all aspects of pre- and post-contract QS services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations, leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, and taking ownership of a portfolio of projects across different sectors.

Requirements
  • Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Membership in an approved Professional Body (e.g., AIQS, RICS, CIOB)
  • Advanced knowledge of the local construction industry, including development, contracting, and consulting sectors
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with high integrity, honesty, and ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated skills in client file management, planning, and organization
