The role involves overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and providing guidance and mentorship to junior employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to minimize project costs and optimize financial efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses and provide accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Manage and supervise a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Expertise in construction cost management and a strong understanding of local building regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
