As an Intake And Assessment Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions for clients who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized plans to address their challenges.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in crisis situations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners to promote a culture of inclusion and respect.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A relevant degree or qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in case management, assessment, and referral.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
