Change Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to kick off your change career and embed yourself in change management. You will work within a small and maturing change team, supporting a Change and Project Manager across change and communication activities.

About the Role

The Change Coordinator's role sits within a small, supportive change team led by a Change Manager. You will be working across a HRIS uplift and implementation, supported and mentored across several change activities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and developing change documentation and artifacts, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, business readiness assessments, and training needs analysis.
  • Coordinating assigned change activities to align with the project schedule and needs of the business.
  • Conducting training needs analysis and collaborating with the project team to ensure material design and delivery approach meets the needs of the program.
  • Assisting to effectively implement key messages to the communication teams to ensure a coordinated communication approach across all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting administrative tasks as required.

About You

This role may be suitable for someone who has experience in change initiatives for digital projects from a project support or change & communications support perspective and is looking to grow their career in change management.

  • Experience in a similar role with strong change management understanding and skills.
  • Passion for implementing positive change to a wide range of stakeholders influencing technical, business, and clinical areas.
  • A good understanding of change principles, change frameworks, tools, and techniques.
  • Advanced communication skills, including active listening, written, and verbal.
  • An understanding of IT project delivery and the role change management plays.
