About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients across all areas of change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take briefs from clients and provide direction on Change Management services
  • Analyze client businesses to understand potential impacts from change
  • Meet and present to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides
  • Propose tactics to manage organizational changes for projects
  • Execute plans, schedule, report progress, raise risks, and maintain relationships
  • Apply Project Management principles and Agile/Waterfall methods
  • Provide support to recipients of change and business leaders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to contribute to our Change Management Practice
