Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Make bookings and reservations for guests
  • Assist guests during their stay, providing information and recommendations on local attractions and activities
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional presentation and a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
