Job Description:

As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations at one of our largest manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a trade team of 16 skilled professionals, driving data-led reliability improvements using CMMS and reporting tools to predict and prevent failures, and analysing asset performance data to develop predictive and preventative strategies.

  • Lead the maintenance operations team to deliver exceptional results, exceeding KPIs for OEE, uptime, machine reliability, and OH&S compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best-practice maintenance methodologies to optimise plant performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong background in reliability engineering and predictive maintenance with experience in using data, reporting, and analysis to drive asset performance.
  • Training in RCA, CI methodologies (5S, Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments such as food, beverage, packaging, or building products.
