High-Impact Maintenance Leader

This role shapes maintenance and reliability strategy for a leading Australian manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 16, fostering engagement and growth.
  • Drive data-led improvements using CMMS to predict and prevent failures.
  • Analyse asset performance data to develop predictive strategies.
  • Deliver on KPIs for OEE, uptime, machine reliability, and OH&S compliance.
  • Embed best-practice maintenance methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in fast-paced environments leading large teams.
  • Strong background in reliability engineering and predictive maintenance.
  • Experience driving asset performance with data analysis.
  • Training in RCA and CI methodologies highly regarded.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
