Job Description

The objective of this role is to lead the team in planning, coordination, and delivery of scheduled preventative maintenance. This includes monitoring, triaging, dispatching, and customer fault services across water and wastewater networks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of maintenance professionals
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to customers
  • Monitor and respond to customer complaints and faults
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
