Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance professional to join our team in Ballarat. In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians, providing maintenance expertise and leadership, with a primary objective of optimising reliability, safety, productivity, quality, efficiency and environmental impact.

The successful candidate will continue to build and manage a culture of continuous improvement, with teamwork as the foundation to how we support the wider factory in achieving mutual outcomes.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the reliability department, providing continuous guidance, support and training.
  • Respond efficiently to engineering and information requests from external departments.
  • Control labour, equipment and maintenance costs.
  • Develop and execute weekly maintenance plans.
  • Work in partnership with other departments to deliver timely project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement improvements through a culture of continuous learning.
  • Review and approve associate work requests and ad-hoc maintenance requirements.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • TPM experience preferred.
  • Mechanical or electrical certification.
  • Strong people management skills, including leadership and development.
  • Familiarity with SAP PM.
  • Continuous improvement skills and ability to influence change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
