About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the warranty needs of our clients are met promptly and professionally. Your day-to-day tasks would involve:

  • Proactively liaising with clients, updating them on the status of their warranty requests.
  • Addressing client concerns in a professional manner, collaborating with other departments to resolve any client escalations.
  • Working alongside subcontractors to allocate warranty work with accurate documentation, monitoring subcontractor workflow to ensure timely completion of warranty work and follow-up as necessary.
  • Maintaining our warranty database, including work orders and job histories.
  • Receiving, checking, verifying, and coding purchase orders & invoices ready for approval.
  • Ensuring work is communicated to subcontractors and suppliers and actioned within pre-set timeframes.
  • Making warranty statistics and information available for decision-making.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration, customer service, or a related field (preferably).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using office software and databases.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with clients and team members.
