Transform Warranty Management with Exceptional Service

We are seeking an accomplished professional to excel in warranty and costing administration, ensuring seamless operations across our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technician reports for repair order completion in Fusion
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders
  • Process warranty claims
  • Reconcile claim files
  • Manage daily administration functions of the service department
  • Ensure daily warranty and retail costing/processing KPI targets are achieved

About Us:

This role is part of a dynamic team environment, collaborating closely with Service Advisors and Costing Clerks. Our workshop is home to 35 skilled professionals, including Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Trades Assistants, and Apprentices.

Your Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • Prior experience in warranty or costing roles, preferably in an automotive setting
  • Proficiency in numbers and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication skills to partner with non-finance oriented individuals
  • A positive and team-focused attitude
