We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processes.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating all warranty claims, including liaising with manufacturers, customers, and stakeholders. They will be responsible for verifying warranty coverage, documenting repair costs, and communicating with team members to ensure seamless claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, or service providers.
- Communicate with claimants to gather additional information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Document repair costs and maintain accurate records of warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and effective warranty claim resolution.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve warranty claim management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to claimants throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warranty claims management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
