Job Title: Warranty and Costing Clerk

Job Summary:

This role provides administrative support across the customer service department, encompassing the costing of retail workshop invoices and processing of warranty and contract maintenance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technician reports for repair order completion in Fusion
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders
  • Process warranty claims
  • Reconcile claim files
  • Manage daily administration functions of the service department
  • Ensure daily targets for warranty and retail costing/processing are achieved

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warranty or costing role, preferably in an automotive environment
  • Proficiency with numbers and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with non-finance-minded colleagues
  • Positive and team-oriented outlook
