About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Consultant to join our client in the automotive industry. As a key member of the Service Desk Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring end-to-end service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle multiple channels of support enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
  • Utilize and maintain the knowledge base, participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers through end-to-end service delivery fulfillment.
  • Capture all user interactions within our online ticketing system, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution.
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute as a proactive team member, improving the customer experience and contributing to the team's success.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to achieve within a team environment. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership, with a general understanding of the Parts, Service, Vehicle, and Administration Departments and how they interrelate.
