DescriptionThis role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Development Services Team, encompassing Building, Planning, Environmental Health and Community Safety. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing electronic records, scheduling, preparing agendas and minutes, correspondence, permit administration, purchasing, receipting and invoicing, statutory reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a range of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
