We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our vibrant contact centre team in a Customer Service Liaison role.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. As a key member of our remote assessment team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound phone calls, scheduling appointments with clients, meeting KPIs and deadlines, capturing information electronically, and utilizing industry-specific and Microsoft Office programs.
About this role:
- Main responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining accurate records.
- You will work closely with the remote assessment team to provide administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the face of our organization, representing our values and mission to our clients.
About you:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience working within a call centre environment or an office with high volume phone calls. You should have confident communication skills, particularly when it comes to being empathetic, clear, and concise over the phone. Additionally, you should have advanced IT skills with previous experience working across multiple platforms (Microsoft Office Suite).
