
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team. This is a flexible part-time role that will provide administrative support to help deliver services to vulnerable children, young people, and families in the community.
About the Role- Provide administrative support including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation.
- Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing and financial documentation.
- Maintain and secure office files and records.
- Support scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and stakeholders with a high level of professionalism.
- Work collaboratively to support culturally inclusive practices, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families and communities.
- Certificate III in Business (or equivalent).
- Minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial or clerical roles.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Current driver's licence.
- Ability to obtain (or hold) a National Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card, and LCS Check (where required).
