","Key Responsibilities:
","- Manage inbound and outbound communications.","
- Prepare reports and approve workflows.","
- Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections.","
- Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.","
- Assist the team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations.","
- General Administration duties and data maintenance.","
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
","- Strong organisational and communication abilities.","
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.","
- Familiarity with insurance operations and processes would be beneficial but not mandatory.","
- Proficiency in telephony and email management systems.","
