Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a seasoned legal professional to assume the role of Contract Negotiator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating consulting contracts in accordance with predetermined timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Conduct thorough reviews of contract requirements and provisions to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Risk Management: Analyze contract requirements and provisions to identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Contract Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of contract management processes, training initiatives, and compliance programs to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Alignment: Ensure that contracts are aligned with business goals and objectives, and that key deadlines are met.
  • Contract Coordination: Coordinate contract negotiations, amendments, and addendums to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
About the Role:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong commercial and contract law expertise in a project-oriented environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: A sound understanding of Australian corporate legal, governance, and contract management frameworks.
  • Personal Qualities: The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
