The role of Procurement Specialist plays a crucial part in leading contract and procurement activities. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for executing the full tender and contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tender and contract management process including preparing commercial terms, tender documentation, evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support contract holders in contract management and transition strategies.
  • Manage contract performance, amendments, and closure processes, ensuring alignment with business deliverables.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of tenders and contracts in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of effective procurement systems and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
