The IELTS Invigilator role is a unique opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality test services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role

As an IELTS Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of test day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test. You will also prepare test day documents, update digital databases and records, and oversee the schedule of Speaking tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the testing process.
    • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide expert advice on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
    • Foster an inclusive environment, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Operations Management:
    • Manage test day activities, ensuring seamless customer registration and supervision.
    • Prepare and distribute test day materials.
    • Update and maintain digital records and databases.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of Speaking tests.
    • Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of sensitive materials.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software platforms.
  • Quality and Compliance:
    • E nsure all pre-test, test day, and post-test activities meet IELTS standards.
    • Safeguard data security and confidentiality throughout its lifecycle.
    • Respond promptly to incidents or potential security risks.

This is a casual position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The invigilator will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
