Test Pumping Supervisor

In the role of Supervisor, you will carry out a wide range of tasks across project activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, and environmental requirements of the project are met.
**About the Role**:
Supervising and coordinating test pumping teams and activitiesConducting regular site inspections, and daily interactions with the workforceEnsuring continuous operations of test pumping work streamsEnsuring adherence to all statutory requirements and company HSEC standards and proceduresWorking closely with the safety reps and field technicians to lead a proactive approach to safetyPopulating accurate and timely reportsSupervising and Maintaining and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service test pumping teams and activities
**About You**:
Demonstrated supervisory experience in miningProven leadership ability and people management skillsDemonstrated supervisory experience in miningStrong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm cultureMinimum of 3 years' experience in a mining environmentComputer skills (Microsoft Office)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA high regard to safety
