As an assessment professional with a global leader in international education services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of test locations worldwide. You will be responsible for coordinating with other members of the team, managing customer inquiries, and conducting pre-test, test day, and post-test activities to maintain high standards of efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey, providing advice on official preparation tools while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage test day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test, as well as preparing test day documents and updating digital databases and records.
  • Oversee the schedule of Speaking tests, ensure the secure management of materials, and troubleshoot technical systems.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and integrity, adhering to organisational values and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to work independently and effectively within a team. Experience using MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and confidence working with various technologies are also essential.
