Lead Test Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional individual to administer our IELTS tests in Perth, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service:
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every point of the testing process – from registration to post-test support.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
- Support clients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Operations Management:
- Coordinate test day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test.
- Prepare essential documents for the test day.
- Update digital records and databases.
- Manage the Speaking test schedule efficiently.
- Ensure secure and confidential materials are handled properly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software platforms.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Evaluate pre-test, test day, and post-test activities to ensure they meet IELTS standards.
- Guarantee data security and confidentiality during storage, updates, and access.
- Respond promptly to incidents or potential security risks.
- Complete required training policy acknowledgments.
- Perform work professionally, adhering to organizational values.
