Trainee Coordinator Role
">The opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse role that provides high-level client support across various locations in the Bowen Basin. As Trainee Coordinator, you will play a critical role in being the point of contact for government and non-government funded training programs.
">Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Monitor progression of trainees and maintain employee records and systems;">
- Administrate trainee life cycle from enrolment to completion;">
- Attend client or government meetings as required via Teams or in person;">
- Attend various client sites / business locations across the Bowen Basin (approx. 1-2 days per month) utilising a company pool vehicle;">
- Provide regular reporting on trainee progression;">
- Work with the Operations Scheduler to schedule trainee training as required;">
- Support the team to ensure compliance with ASQA and DESBT/DTET Standards;">
Requirements:
">We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Key skills and experience required include:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks;">
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;">
- Strong networking skills and ability to build positive relationships;">
