About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic Guest Services Representative to join our team at a prestigious financial institution in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our corporate guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless arrival experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest arrivals and lobby hosting to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Provide assistance and support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling and feedback management
  • Rotate across locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions of the guest services team
  • Coordinate same-day catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements for clients
  • Manage MRBS, including booking, cancellations, and amendments to bookings as requested by clients
  • Support the Guest Relations Executive with providing feedback for performance reviews and ensuring set objectives are met by the team
  • Manage workspace and ensure operational standards are maintained and improved
  • Assist with administrative duties and project work as required, including recruitment and leadership support
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in a corporate reception, five-star hotel, or premium services environment is highly regarded.
