About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Co-ordinator/Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Kenway & Clark. As a key member of our branch parts department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spare parts business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the branch parts department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive sales growth and meet customer demands.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on machinery parts, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer parts needs and branch inventory to ensure alignment with business and customer requirements.
  • Source and order necessary parts to meet customer demands, working closely with the Service department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organise and plan work to meet high standards and deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a solid knowledge and passion for the agricultural machinery industry. You should possess excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality products and services across all communication channels. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the agricultural machinery industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
