About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Coordinator/Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Kenway & Clark. As a key member of our branch parts department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spare parts business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the branch parts department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.
  • Leverage your extensive knowledge of machinery parts to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Accurately interpret customer parts needs, both at the counter and over the phone.
  • Maintain branch inventory in alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Source and order the necessary parts to meet customer demands.
  • Organise and plan work to ensure it meets our high standards and is completed efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Service department to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing people
  • Team player
  • Customer service orientation
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Current driver's licence
  • Maintain a neat and tidy, well-groomed appearance
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Pentana-ERAnet experience (advantageous)
  • Business and brand awareness – familiarity with our brand and services
  • Forklift licence (advantageous)
