Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Consultant to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex procurement and supply chain consulting projects.

  • Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional consulting services.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives, including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership activities.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with standards of excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience (8+ years) in procurement, supply chain management, or a related consulting field.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Business Development: Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client presentations, is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or business administration. CIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
