About the Role

We're REA Group, a leading global digital business specialising in property. Our Developer Sales team works with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to promote their projects and new homes through our suite of display and classified media products across Australia's favourite property websites and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets each month, quarter, and year
  • Build relationships with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to ensure we're briefed on all business that fits our audience profile
  • Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet advertisers' marketing and sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with competitive offerings, deal structures, and emerging trends in the industry
  • Understand prospective clients' businesses, including their key staff, budgeting cycles, marketing and advertising objectives, and campaign plans
  • Stay informed about local market developments, including new site launches and online industry trends

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Developer Sales team. You'll need to have a proven track record in digital sales, knowledge of the property developer industry, and experience working with ad/media agencies. You'll also need to be numerate, with experience in reporting on client activity, and have strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
