About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide engaging and informative demonstrations to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by clearly explaining product benefits and anticipating their needs.
  • Provide exceptional support through answering questions about vehicles, products, and financial services.
  • Assist with test drives, delivery, and sales documentation to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Utilize web-based systems to maintain accurate customer information and support the sales process.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to adapt your approach to suit individual customer needs.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Suite and digital platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
