Job Title: Senior Digital Project Coordinator

The Senior Digital Project Coordinator will drive the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, and marketing teams to maintain momentum and keep all teams informed on project status and next steps.
  • Scope and Requirements Management: Translate high-level requirements into detailed tasks and deliverables, conducting regular reviews to ensure clear and achievable project scope.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing Coordination: Oversee testing efforts and quality control processes, organizing test sessions, and verifying deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and UI/UX standards.
  • Release Planning: Develop release plans, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and readiness across departments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.
  • Task Management and Prioritization: Work with team leads to break down work into actionable tasks, guiding prioritization based on business objectives and timelines.
