Digital Health Project Coordinator

The Digital Coordination Centre is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team.
About the Role- This fixed-term opportunity for 12 months will see you working closely with senior leaders and reporting to the Project Control Group.
- You will oversee four clinical streams: deterioration, VTE, readmission risk, and virtual monitoring.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project scope, budget, risks, and benefits realisation.
- Ensure alignment with organisational priorities and successful transition to business-as-usual.
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or management.
- Proven project management skills and experience in a health-related or digital health setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to lead collaborative processes across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent results.
- 5 weeks annual leave plus monthly ADOs.
