Senior Digital Project Coordinator

This role is a key contributor to the success of our digital projects. As a Senior Digital Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, and ensuring smooth integration across all digital platforms.

You will work closely with the Senior Digital Project & Delivery Lead to strengthen the way we deliver digital campaigns and projects. This includes managing website content uploads, integrations, and improvements, as well as collaborating with vendors and developers to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and the office (50/50 split). We are open to part-time arrangements for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in website content management and digital operations, with a strong ability to problem-solve and improve processes. You will thrive on creating clarity and improving workflows, and be comfortable managing digital campaigns end-to-end from build to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our websites, including content uploads, integrations, and improvements

  • Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in website content management and digital operations
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and improve processes
