Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail in the digital age.

You will work closely with our Engineers, bridging the gap between stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery of online shopping and digital marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project delivery across key milestones, ensuring teams are aligned and focused.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver technology solutions that meet business priorities and are delivered on time.
  • Champion Agile principles, embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor team members in Agile best practices, identifying and resolving project risks and impediments.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience delivering outcomes in structured Agile environments as a Scrum Master or similar.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, using them to provide visibility and alignment on progress and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, articulating project status, risks, and solutions across all levels of the organization.
