As a Digital Project Coordinator, you will bridge our retail partners and Growth & Retailer Experience teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new retailers.

This role offers opportunities to grow into Customer Success or Product Management positions by coordinating end-to-end projects with documented timelines, outcomes, and communication flows.

  • Seek and recommend process improvements.">
  • Collaborate with Product to identify product improvement opportunities.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of technical project management experience in a digital agency or software company.">
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management processes.">
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.">
  • Outcome-focused and excellent client relationship-building skills.">
  • Great teamwork, organisation, and collaboration skills.">
