As a seasoned professional in statutory and strategic planning, you'll play a vital role in providing expert advice and input across various services. Your skills and experience will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional projects and outcomes for our clients.

You will:

  • Provide expert advice on land use, development applications, due diligence assessments, master plans, and the approval process.
  • Draft high-quality development applications, submissions, proposals, and advice for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, responding quickly and transparently to their needs.
  • Contribute to draft proposals, tenders, and submissions for projects.
  • Collaborate with other professionals on multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, deadlines, and budget.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in statutory or strategic planning, ideally gained in a consultancy or local government environment.
