- Develop in-depth pre-sales expertise and capability within the Regulatory Compliance solution line.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and requirements through comprehensive analysis and product demonstrations.
- Leverage data from predefined dashboards to make informed decision recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends associated with the Regulatory Compliance portfolio.
- Deliver high-quality customer solutions by providing pre-sales support, including in-depth customer needs analysis and product demonstrations.
- Ensure effective collaboration with internal business partners to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace.
- Engage with clients to deliver online and face-to-face demonstrations of Regulatory Compliance technology solutions.
- Monitor top RC sales opportunities for the region and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Prior experience working in a risk and compliance function is highly desirable.
- Strong presales and client management/customer success experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including persuasive presentations to various audiences.
- Confidence in dealing with risk and compliance customers and other decision makers.
- Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution offerings.
- Team player and problem solver; energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
