Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the evolution of our regulatory compliance solution line by building increased product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop pre-sales expertise and capability to align RC solution offerings to clients' specific business needs.">
  • Provide solution and domain expertise to sales campaigns, including assisting in the validation phase of the sales cycle.">
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends associated with regulatory compliance portfolio.">
  • Deliver online and face-to-face demonstrations of Regulatory Compliance to assist the sales team in closing opportunities.">
  • Act as an SME, provide insight and expertise at an industry level in regulatory compliance.">
  • Provide gap analysis for clients to assist their understanding of how our product is relevant.">
  • Create co-branded customer facing collateral and sales enablement tools.">
  • Attend regular sales meetings and represent the solution line.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of having worked in a risk and compliance function is highly desirable.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to make persuasive presentations to a variety of audiences.">
  • Confidence in dealing with risk and compliance with customers and other decision makers.">
  • Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution.">
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, delegation skills and the ability to execute.">
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.">
  • Ability to work autonomously.">
  • Good administration, numeracy and literacy skills.">
  • A strong all round knowledge of GRC software is highly desirable.">
  • Dynamic and pro-active attitude, behaviours and communication style - energetic and enthusiastic.">
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications.">
