This role involves working cross-functionally with local and international teams to ensure content excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure content accuracy and responsiveness to regulatory changes and customer feedback.">
  • Drive continuous improvement, leveraging data, customer insights, and innovation (including AI and automation).">
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align content with commercial goals.">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.">
  • Lead and mentor your team to build subject matter expertise and a customer-first culture.">
  • Support pre-sales activities and customer retention through content leadership.">
