Lead Content Strategist for Regulatory Affairs

About the Role:
As Lead Content Strategist, you will develop and implement content strategies that ensure our regulatory compliance solutions are current, customer-centric, and commercially aligned.
You will work cross-functionally with local and international teams to drive content excellence and continuous improvement.
This is a rare opportunity to combine your legal, regulatory, or publishing expertise with strategic thinking and leadership skills – helping us enhance compliance offerings that support professionals across the Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and responsive content to meet regulatory requirements and customer feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data, customer insights, and innovation (including AI and automation).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align content with commercial goals.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.
- Lead and mentor your team to build subject matter expertise and a customer-first culture.
- Support pre-sales activities and customer retention through content leadership.
Requirements:
- University law degree or equivalent – legal and compliance education and experience preferred.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
- 5+ years' experience in content development with a focus on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for customer-driven content and innovation.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
