Job Overview:
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Support Specialist to drive the success of our Regulatory Compliance solution line. This role will be responsible for developing pre-sales expertise, leading technical positioning, and providing solution and domain expertise to sales campaigns.
- Support Business Development Managers through in-depth customer needs analysis and product demonstrations.
- Interact with customers to understand key requirements and market basics.
- Review data from predefined dashboards to inform decision recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal partners to gather product insights and assess market needs.
- Deliver online and face-to-face demonstrations to assist in closing opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends associated with Regulatory Compliance.
- Conduct gap analysis to educate clients on our product relevance.
- Develop content with Channel Partners, including demonstration videos and webinars.
- Attend regular sales meetings and represent the solution line.
